Sam’s passion for fitness started at a young age, playing a range of sports including rugby and swimming. He began training in a traditional gym at 16 before discovering CrossFit more than 10 years ago, and he’s never looked back.
Sam brings both knowledge and real-world experience to every class. He understands the realities of managing injuries and adapting workouts to keep training safe and effective. He also recognises how important fitness is for mental well-being — and how daunting walking into a gym can feel at first. That’s why he focuses on creating a supportive, welcoming environment for everyone.
He is committed to making classes accessible to all, regardless of experience or ability. His goal is simple: help every member progress at their own pace and feel empowered and confident in their fitness journey.
Sam's favourite WOD's are GUT BUSTER and ROW YA BOAT.
