CrossFit classes provide a comprehensive training experience. Each class starts with a warm up and mobility, followed by a skill movement like for example weightlifting, gymnastics, rowing technique and drills, and finishes off with a Workout of the Day (WOD) and stretching.
We aim to provide highest quality coaching to individuals in a comfortable group setting. We design our workouts to be constantly challenging but appropriate to your fitness and general health levels. Through training with us you will move better & feel great!
MetCon (metabolic conditioning) classes are focused on developing endurance capacity, something we call the “engine”. Engine is the ability to move at higher intensity for extended period of time. The Metcon WOD time range from 25 to over 40 minutes.
CrossFit Legends is designed for individuals who’s aim is to start, re-start, maintain or progress their fitness in their older years. While the classes are still CrossFit, with the same high intensity and functional training that goes on in the mainstream classes, adaptations and alternatives to exercises are commonly given and regularly used. The classes have a strong focus on warm up and mobility, which prepares you well for the training session.
Barbell Club is dedicated to improving your snatch and clean & jerk. We practice a variety of weightlifting drills and complexes to enhance those movements. No matter how good a lifter you are, there is always room to improve… that is the beauty of Olympic Weightlifting.
CrossFit is for everyone, no matter the age or abilities. The beginners one-to-one workshop is a great way to get introduced to CrossFit methodology. It’s arranged at your convenience and takes up to 2 hours. So no more excuses, give it a try and join the exciting & supportive CrossFit community.
